Flames: Hamilton

Toronto:James Van Riemsdyk, Bracco

Would Toronto have to add more? Hamilton is improving a lot his defensive play and playing with a polyvalent defenseman like Rielly be a good fit. Cal needs a top line winger.

Why from Calgary though? They do need a top line winger but a RW would be better than forcing Johnny or JVR to play on a side they are not used to. If they trade Hamilton I sure they can have their pick of winger and won't have to settle. Not to mention JVR is 4 years older. Bracco I a good prospect but doesn't look like anything special. Maybe top 6 and RW which is nice. But why trade away your top pairing D man making Wideman your top RHD and get a worse and older player with only a decent prospect to compensate. Hamilton is elite already at 23 and is part of Calgary's core so unless an elite player is coming back I say they should keep him.

No thanks. Bracco is Torontos top prospect and JVR is worth more than Hamilton. On pace for 35 goals.

CGY has no interest in trading Dougie, he's been arguably our best defenseman.

Your judgement is a tad off there Bud. JVR is not worth more than Hamilton and Bracco is definitely not the leaf's top prospect

Kappanen and lepeisic are ahead of
Him and braccos is small player we have enough lf them he's def disposable. Leafs make this trade in a heartbeat
