Krejci for Shattenkirk

This is just a base but fills needs for both teams. Boston needs defense and St. Louis needs a second line center. They could even put Krejci on the 1st line and Statsny on the 2nd line) . St. Louis has 3 top 4 RHD and Boston can easily fill the void Krejci left.

are you retaining salary cause krejci makes 3 mil more than shatty does. FYI krejci is coming off hip srugery. Most players at his age are never the same after that. He is on pace for about 9-10 goals and 32 assists that's at most 45 points. How on earth is he going to be our #1 center plus he has 4 more of declining years. If we wouldn't pay backes 6 why would we pay krejci 7.25.

1st round pick and "a" prospect or pastrnak. You choose.

sorry to burst your bubble Numbnut shattenkirk is on fire this year currently he has 4 goals 10 assist and is tied for most points by a dman in the nhl with Erik Karlson. he was never cheap. So if blues trade and if boston wants him at trade deadline its going to cost. 1st + good, great prospect or possibly a young guy of pastrnaks quality. This Idea that you will get him for a song is crazy. Blues may not even trade him at all and you can fight with about 10 teams to get him in free agency.

So because he is having a hot start that means he should garner Pastrnak or a 1st+++? You do understand he's a UFA after this year right? He's going to get a good return but no team is going to unload their talent for him unless they know they can sign him.

Numbnut you are talking about trade deadline rental that us in his prime that might sign an extension, but puts up 45 points as s dman regular and us on pace for 60. Yeah he will get at least a mid to Hugh first. Depending on the market he could get more.
