Fayne isn't good, RNH is a little overrated and Hoffman is underrated. 2nd round picks are worth a lot to a scout background GM like Dorion. Even though he has a really bad contract, Phaneuf is not exactly in the same position as he was in Toronto. Ottawa actually needs and want him, if they were to trade him it would be for value and not counter value. Good trade for Edmonton though !
