EDM:
1st Overall
4th Rd. Pick
DET:
1st Rd. Pick
Howard
Tatar
Marchenko
1.) 19 Apr 2015 17:53:50
I am a Red Wings Fan as you can probably tell. As much as I would Love McDavid. Detroit probably won't trade for him.
That deal probably won't be enough. Tatar and Nyquist are not really tradeables by Detroit as of right now anyway. They could be in the right deal but this is probably not enough. Edmonton would probably want one of Larkin or Mantha in the deal.
2.) 19 Apr 2015 18:34:36
not even close

TOR:
Spencer Abbott
CHI:
TJ Brennan
I can't believe this just happened
1.) Where have u been?
2.) Same here, biggest trade so far
3.) That's old man, it's just happened like 3 days ago
4.) Who won laugh out loud
5.) . I can.

WSH:
Orlov
3rd 2015
VAN:
Higgins
Washington needs a winger, Vancouver needs a defenseman.
The pick might be a round too high, but it should work out.
1.) I think the caps pass. don't think they are looking for a winger at this time especially if they have to give up Orlov in the deal.
2.) Hard pass from the Caps. Multiple better options currently on the roster at LW than Higgins who is also being highly over-valued in this proposal. For just the 3rd its a MAYBE.
3.) 03 Mar 2015 19:30:22
Higgins isn't overrated, look at his stats, he's a good 3rd line depth player who is great at killing penalties that being said, the Caps wouldn't do this trade based on age and salary alone.

This is just as a base for a trade, add what you will, but would a trade centered around these two work?
BOS:
Krejci
EDM:
Hall
Edmonton gets their top 2 centerman, boston gets scoring ability. Who adds?
1.) No from both. Not enough for hall, and Boston isn't getting rid of Krijci.
2.) 27 Feb 2015 08:31:41
^that sounds like only a NO from EDM
3.) Hall is a bandaid and Yakupov is too inconsistent. Start with Eberle for Eriksson and go from there
23 Feb 2015 22:07:38
OTT:
Zibanejad
Ceci
2nd 2015
EDM:
Hall

Mock Drafting anyone?
1. BUF - McDavid
2. EDM - Eichel
3. CAR - Hanifin
4. ARZ - Kylington
5. CBJ - Provorov
6. TOR - Strome
7. NJD - Crouse
8. OTT - Marner
9. COL - Roy
10. PHI - Rantanen
Mind you, I'm not allowing for changes in standings, draft lottery, trades, etc.
1.) What would be your personal rankings?
2.) Me?
Well, the first 2 or 3 are obvious. Basically the top 10 I have there. It just so happened that they fit all of the team's needs. Although I could see Provorov and Crouse and Marner shuffling around.
15 Feb 2015 17:28:05
I almost want the Canucks NOT to make the playoffs. I feel like they won't make it far if they do, and they'll have a shot at McDavid/Eichel if they don't.
I'm not saying go down Titanic-style like the Oilers, Sabres, Leafs, and Coyotes, but, you know. Just enough that the season still looks like a success.
1.) 15 Feb 2015 17:51:55
with the age of the canucks roster taken into consideration nothign other than a playoff appearance can make the season look like a success.
14 Feb 2015 23:36:03
Seriously!! Since when is Eichel a center? I always thought he was a defenseman. Oh well. Back to the drawing board for mock drafts.
1.) 15 Feb 2015 08:57:42
MacDavid and Eichel are centers, Hanifin and Kylington are the top 2 D prospects, I think.
2.) As well as Porvorov, Werenski and a long shot Roy and maybe Anderson and @theJazz did you not watch the WJR'S? LOL
3.) @Charles Xavier I did, just not the US games.
And thanks Drais. That's cleared some stuff up for me!

What teams would want Ryan Miller? I would say Philly but the cap situation wouldn't work.
1.) I would say Vancouver wants him as much as anyone
27 Jan 2015 15:42:11
It's sounding like Mike Richards is a great waiver pickup for everyone. Maybe everyone should pick him up simultaneously
1.) Yeah slice him and split him 29 ways. I would like to see the habs pick him up if they only had to pay 129th of his contract
2.) @hab he'd have the best stats in the league because he'd be playing about 500 games over the rest of the season
@justgivemethepuck He's seven years old? Must be some kid.
Coburb? Who's he?
Overpayment much? And the cap doesn't work, I'm pretty sure.
Take out the 1st. Add Hall at the least.
Columbus yes, Edmonton, not quite.
Also, CBJ is a better way to say Columbus. Otherwise, it looks like Colorado
If we made more trades like that, some of us would be actual GMs
What? Really? Noo. No way this happened at all.
@Draisaitl_94 True. But he's behind a bottom 10 team, which decreases his value a bit. Maybe not 15th where I had him, but definitely less than 4th. Put him behind Vancouver again, and I'm guessing he's top 3.
@hab. I've got to agree with Drais on this. He's been absolutely terrible this year (better recently, but on a whole, terrible)
Lundqvist as #2 is strong. Miller is like, top 5 in wins, I'm surprised he's #18 on yours. And Schneider's good, but is he that good? I mean look at the Devils. Also, you might want to check Hutchinson's stats. Otherwise, your rankings are understandable.
1) They were 8th.
2) They just got hot at the right time
3) They didn't win the cup.
Still not the best, in my opinion. If they won? Yeah, they didn't. If they were above 5th? Yeah, but they're weren't.
