2 top prospects, a top line starter and a pick for 1 Dman? Why not throw in Horvath, Pettersson and Boeser as well to make the deal totally crazy. Try something serious next time like Baerschi and a 2nd.

OK, let's look at the 1st deal, Hoffman is decent start but too expensive. Ryan is a salary dump, at 31 and 4 yrs left at 7.25M he is not in any Canucks plan for future so no thanks. Burrows is a Canuck favorite but at 38yrs old it is over.
If Ott wants the #7 I would say Ceci, Chaplit and 2nd rd pick would probably get it done.
The 2nd deal, this deal is negated by my first counter deal and gets better return.
The last deal, trading all three 1st round picks would be foolish.

Why on gods green earth would the Canucks do this? let's trade down and give up one of our goal scorers for lesser draft picks.

Way to much for a project prospect. Puljujarvi is a RW as well and Canucks need left wingers, already have Boeser on the right side.
