Brian Boyle is probably the best 4th liner in the NHL. For some reason I hated him as a Ranger but love him as a Bolt. Haha Brings so much to the table and actually put up some goals last season!

Not enough for Eberle. Zdeno Chara is 37 years old, he isn't far from retirement. Jordan Eberle is 24 years old and is one of Edmonton's best players

Chelios was the same ages as Chara when Bowman traded 2 1st for Chris, he went on to play 9 more seasons and win two Stanley cups with the Wings. I would not trade Eberle nor two firsts for Chara.

That may be true, but EDM isn't the nearly close to being the same team DET was at the time of that trade. Which I am sure was Cd1's point.

@THEGR81 I agree, I said "I would not trade Eberle nor two firsts for Chara". But it is possible that Chara could return a 1st from a team. But I would not make that trade either. Who knows, Coburn brought PHI a 1st and 3rd while Marek Zidlicky was picked up by DET for only a 3rd. You go figure what each player is worth. Last year Martin St. Louis said he would only play for NYR and he brought SY 2-1st and Callahan. You go figure what each player is worth, I do not know at all.

No doubt. I think Chara could and likely would bring back a very decent return. I was more focusing on him going to EDM, since they aren't really at a point where adding Chara helps them.
With this said, maybe a team like Anaheim make sense. They really don't have a true #1 D.

Then put Hall on the RW cause he Shots with his Lefty (Similar to what Ovi did)
Subban in the AHL for maybe 1 Year then will be NHL ready.

Why would you Trade Krejci? Bruins have him for 7 Years.
