Why would Seattle trade a Sprong for a guy who is 9 years old with 1/ 3 the goals?
Bonino is a career minus who is probably out of the league next year.
Seattle has a good thing going, but even if they didn’t, this trade makes zero sense.

Sprong's value is a lot higher this year. He's producing closer to what his what his potential was projected to be with a 0.77ppg production and with 14 goals. He's an important piece for Seattle right now, doubt they trade him for a 4th line center

In the past three seasons Anderson and Puljujarvi both average 36 points over a full 82 game season. Puljujarvi is 4 years younger and 2.5M cheaper.

@Ebsolutely yeah Puljujarvi is being undervalued, I think he’s worth a 2nd + bottom 6 roster player or late 1st honestly.

Yeah that’s brutal, he was also on a 45 point pace last season. I think he can play the style of a third liner and he has enough skill to do it. He’s also solid defensively. I think if he can build some chemistry on the 3rd line and get solid minutes he’ll be a player.
