why? maybe a 3rd rounder

2.) I believe Greg pateryn has vowels in his name instead of spaces

3.) Take out dd and pateryn and put in Gallagher and Tokarski

4.) Oils need to add, maybe Hall or Eberle, to make this happen

5.) Besides the Habs already picked up Gonchar who is better than Petry or Sekera.

1.) Montreal fans don't seem to understand edmonton doesn't want dd , Bournival or Gilbert.
Gallagher and Beaulieu for Yakupov

2.) Montreal just signed Gallagher to a 6 year contract. He's NOT getting traded. Plus Beaulieu has played really well recently! No way are we trading either of these players, especially for Yakupov

3.) Nobody wants 5 foot 2 desharnais, that's like edmonton saying everybody wants pouliet, or fasth

5.) Cd1 I've seen you post Plekanec , Fucale and a 2nd for Yakupov , how is Gallagher a depth player who plays 2nd and 3rd line roles , and Beaulieu who is just an average prospect so much different than your trade proposal? Please enlightened me .

6.) Guys what team signs a player to a 6 year deal then trades them away the same year?

7.) Actually, Gallagher plays on the 1st line (with Habs top sniper and top scoring centre) & he has twice as many points as Yakapov so far this season. Oils need to add their 1st rounder if they want BG & NB.

8.) I do not see what EDM gets out of that trade other than a late 1st. DD undersized would be eaten alive in the west. Bournival, is a high risk prospect. Gilbert is a decent but avg dman. Thomas another high risk prospect. And two later picks. IMO, that is a tad more than Yakupov should return, 1st, DD, Gilbert.

9.) OIls don't have a very smart GM, anything is possible.

2.) Gallagher, Tinordi for Yakupov is already something Bergevin wouldn't do. Never even mind the picks

2.) No from both teams, not enough instant impact going to a top contender(Chicago), and Bergevin doesn't believe in trading high picks in trades. Almost went crazy without the 2nd rounder this year!

Habs should give Dustin penner at training camp try out because if he plays good he can be 3 line rw

1.) It won't make or break the season that's for sure. penner if he played good and regained his scoring touch could help a lot of teams. but due to the fact he is slow and not really defensively responsible could hurt a team as well. I wouldn't mind giving him a tryout and if he played well signing him to a 1year deal worth less then 1.2mil. I won't cry if he signs elsewhere though.

2.) He could do well with the Habs. Then again, he could throw out his back by leaning down to eat a mondo stack of flapjacks.

3.) Lol or he could get flapjacked like Johnny Knox. worst sports injury ever.
