WPG: Burmistrov, Stuart, 5th pick
NYI: de Haan

Not sure if this works for both teams but Islanders potentially find a scorer if Burmistrov gets a better opportunity in NY, Jets get a left handed d.

Prince, Sedienberg and a 4th for Myers work?

2.) 10 Nov 2016 23:26:08
Lmao ^.

29 Jun 2016 17:29:57
Car: Rask, Carrick OR Slavin
Wpg: Enstrom, Burmistrov, 3rd

Carolina gets Burmistrov who just can't seem to produce in the Jets system but put up 65 pts in 100 games in the KHL and Enstrom who will be able to play a much bigger role in Carolina than in Winnipeg.

Winnipeg gets a real top 9 C with Rask and gives them good depth down the middle and a left handed D that will be cheaper cost than Enstrom

Fair?

Harry96

1.) 29 Jun 2016 17:49:31
Why on earth does Winnipeg want Rask?
And Enstrom is their bed left handed D, I believe. Buff, Myers and Trouba all right side.

2.) 29 Jun 2016 18:00:49
It is a good trade for both teams. Jets get Rask to mentor Hellebuyck
Carrick over Slavin who is a left handed d-man. They dump Enstrom, if he wants to go due to his no trade contract, and Burmistrov who the Jets can replace with one of their many prospects. Lose the 3rd pick though.

3.) 29 Jun 2016 18:06:54
^^Victor Rask is real good. I think this is pretty believable. Winnipeg wants to dump Enstrom, they might need to add higher pick though.

4.) 29 Jun 2016 18:12:07
At the expansion draft Wpg can only protect 3 d and unless traded they have to protect Enstrom. Also Winnipeg has no one (good enough atm) to play 3rd line C.

5.) 29 Jun 2016 19:30:07
the can chose option B and protect x amount of skaters n 1 goalie, exposing more forwards, now how can a center in Victor Rask mentor Hellebuyck a goaile? maybe life lessons? doubt the jets would do this.

6.) 29 Jun 2016 20:42:38
Harry96- unless you count Perrault and IMO Lowry as long as he bounces back from the sophomore slump he had last year. Copp MIGHT even develope into that guy too. If Perrault is on the wing though (top six) Rask is most certainly an upgrade with good size and potential to even move up a line in the future. Lose the pick and I like the trade.

7.) 30 Jun 2016 12:17:39
65pts in 100 games in tge B league, equals maybe better than Burmi gives us, but not much, at NHL level. Plus he has to work twice as hard to be at his level on D compared to KHL.

Not sure exactly what hamonic's value is because it jumps so much but here's 2 thoughts to bring him closer to home.

WPG: Morrisey, Nogier, 2017 2nd
NYI: Hamonic

Or

WPG: Enstrom, 2017 1st
NYI: Hamonic

Winnipeg doesn't seem to be willing to part with Myers or trouba but there's 2 offensive dmen and good picks/ prospects to swap.
Thoughts? If I'm way off let me know.

Harry96

1.) 30 Jan 2016 22:31:56
That's a terrible trade for the Jets!
Morrissey will put up more points than Hamonic ever will! Hamonic is good but he doesn't put up the points, I would go with

Ladd, Enstrom

To NYI

Hamonic, Ho Sang and 1st Round Pick.

2.) 30 Jan 2016 22:50:53
Not bad, but I thing the Jets would be scared about giving up that 2017 first round pick. Losing Ladd and Buff might make it tough to contend next year.

3.) 31 Jan 2016 00:35:34
Jets won't give up a First round Pick, the lowest they go is 2nd Round.

4.) 31 Jan 2016 00:36:29
You're dreaming jets. Ladd and Enstrom don't get anything close to that. Hamonic alone maybe, but still probably not.

5.) 31 Jan 2016 02:25:33
Hamonic is good and has a good contract but realistically he can be moved for a couple of average picks.

6.) 31 Jan 2016 02:39:28
The Islanders would want your boy Myers not Enstrom.

7.) 31 Jan 2016 22:11:16
Jets are looking to shed money and pick up draft picks. Ladd and Enstrom are very likely to be dumped. Considering Vermette alone got Arizona a first round pick Ladd will bring the Jets even more. Enstrom is not a rental so he would probably score a controllable cheaper D man for the Jets.

Not sure if this has been done already but with tinordi in the minors and Oleksiak on the verge of waivers

MTL: Tinordi
DAL: Oleksiak
One draft year and 6 positions apart (14th and 20th) played similar amount of games and both have >10 pts, fair?

Harry96

1.) 14 Oct 2015 16:43:28
No from Dallas. Oleksiak still has more potential

2.) 14 Oct 2015 22:50:06
Somebody's probably going to pick up Oleksiak

3.) 15 Oct 2015 03:20:06
Funny I thought about this trade few nights ago. Two D's with similar body sizes/potential. The change of scenery could be good for both.

4.) 15 Oct 2015 19:21:07
Tinordi isn't in the minors, he's with Habs since start of NHL season. 1 of 3 healthy scratches. (with Paterryn & Byron)
Tinordi would have to clear waivers to be sent to AHL

Just incase the Jets are hit with another injury plague

WPG: G. Clitsome, 3rd 2017
PHI: L. Schenn

Imo Schenn is a step up from Pardy and Harrison as well so it gives better depth. As for Philly it frees up 1.6m taking on clitsomes contract (more even if they put him on LTIR which is almost guaranteed)

Fair?

Harry96

1.) 24 Sep 2015 18:25:23
I guess, wouldn't be bad but IDK if Philly would want clitsome if he is on LTIR.

Just a thought as a base,
WPG: Burmistrov, Stuart and a 4th
NYI: de Haan

Winnipeg gets a left handed d man to replace Stuart

NYI gets a dman that blocks shots and can play soon on a team with multiple mid term d injuries and hopefully Burmistrov gets a chance to play higher than the 4th line and finds his scoring touch.

After seeing Flames post it kinda got me thinking, what is the Winnipeg Jets Roster going to look like next season with all of the prospects possibly cracking the line up? So no trade up here but just wanted to see what people's suggested lines and how many prospects make that team.

Once upon a time they also said Jared Staal was supposed to be the best of the brothers, so. My money is on Will.

Colt, honestly I really like Parayko and I can't see any team not wanting him. But in saying that, if he was as good as you set him up to be why didn't he win the Calder or even get in the top 3?
