Jets - Laine and 1st round pick (2019)
Senators - Duchene and Stone
All in for the Cup
Money saved on Laine contract could be used to sign whichever works out best.

Laine is in a horrible slump, but he is still one of the top goal scorers in the game, who I would put money on, will have 4 to 5 50 goal seasons and flirt with 60 to 65 a couple times in his career. Jets keep him. sure they remember what happened last time they let a Superstar Goal scoring Finn get away.

Laine is going to be a 60 goal man. I do think the jets don’t use him properly tho.

I heard Ottawa was asking for 1st+ for Duchene and Stone. Laine seems a bit much for being that + though.

No way Winnipeg does this crazy trade. Rentals would never get Laine and 1st.

Duchene and Stone together will cost more than Laine, and Winnipeg adds a 1st Round Pick on top of that plus both Duchene and Stone are UFAs after this season, Ottawa would have the all time steal in NHL history if Winnipeg did this.

Ottawa is asking way more then first round + for both Duchene and Stone lol. They might be asking first+ for each and even then I bet they're asking for first + roster player + prospect for each player.
