4th Round Pick 2019 (Blues Pick)

McQuaid being a UFA after this Season and having Younger RHanded Shooting Defencemen plus Shattenkirk coming back in the New Year it's more of a get some futures moving McQuaid, Holl will be a Depth DMan like he is in Toronto.

Leafs get tougher and more Depth on the Right Side, opens the door to make another Deal also with Zaitsev going in a package.

Thoughts ?

I feel as if this is a very realistic possibility. good for both sides. Leafs get D help and a guy to help for a playoff run who may resign. Rangers get a couple decent prospects and a mid-draft pick for their rebuild. I'd ask if salary worked out but i don't think mcquaid is on that bad of a contract.

I would welcome a McQuaid deal for sure. Wouldn’t want to give up much as he’s a bottom pair on an expiring deal. I’d be happy with that trade.

I know leafs blue line could use some help but who comes out to put Mcquaid in? And would that really be an upgrade?

McQuade would’ve really helped last playoffs against the bruins that physical presence is needed also he’d help the PK.

Zaitsev or Hainsey would have to go in a bigger deal to get another Defenceman or LWinger or both to play on the Top 6 Forward lines #Habby2.
