Toronto: William Nylander and Jake Gardiner

Calargry: Mathew Tkachuk and TJ Bodie

Toronto: Gets a new presence on Mathews line in Tkachuk as opposed to the soft but more offensively gifted Nylander and they take a waiver on a struggling but more well rounded dman in Bodie.

Calargry: Gets a top line RW which is there biggest need witch would make an extremely dangerous presence every shift much like the Marchand-Bergeron-Pasta line. Also they get a better offensive deffensman in Gardiner who put up 51 points this season with a much higher +/-

Not bad. Guys will have different opinions and massively varying values of all these players but I think it’s close. Nylander and tkachuk are very different but probably valued similar, and same with the Dmen.

Gardner for Brodie May work as both could use a change of scenery. I can’t see Calgary trading Tkachuk unless it’s for a massive overpay. These kind of players are very rare.

I like the starting basis of this trade

Tkachuk and nylander

Your exchanging a better skilled player for a skilled agitator. Not a perfectly fair teade, Now here is where I'd differ a bit.

Instead of Brodie, I'd say hamilton, but it's now way to slanted and Toronto needs to add a defenseman for balance, say Dermott, were looking a bit off balance still, got to sweeten it a bit more.

Cal has a hole on the left side this is where I think lievo can get some playing time. So here is my final outline of the block buster:

Tor: tkachuk and Hamilton
Cal: nylander, Dermott, lievo, and a 3rd.
