Edm:Draisalt

Boston:Macavoy

Then

Bruins signs John Carlson to a 7 year 9 million contract

Im not sure if Edm adds tbh. Drai is signed to a big contract for his production but he's still a hella of a center and should be on a team where he would be the number one. Its time for Bergeron to step down a notch and play second line. That way he will last longer and Bruins will be more stable down the middle. This trade makes both team better as Edm gets one of the best young RHD in the league

I wouldn't do This if I were Edmonton. and I don't think Boston wants to get rid of Macavoy.
Certain teams seem to have a history at a position. Habs with goalies. Edmonton and Pittsburgh with super star centers. And the Bruins. a superstar Dman. from Shore to Orr, Bourque to Chara. I'm not sold on Macavoy being in that mold yet. but he has the chance yo be the next Boston Stud Dman.
Plus as a Habs fan. I don't wanna see Drais all that much against them. lol.

No from both teams honestly. Boston needs their young dmen more than a centerman and Edmonton needs drat.

You think Boston can trade away an ELC contract for an $8.5M one and then sign a $9M contract?
Boston only has $100K in space right now with only Rick Nash coming off and NYR retained a ton of that so only like $3.9M for him coming off. Holden $1.6. Couple others under $1M but will have to replace with others under $1M. Where is all this cap space for Boston to add $17.5M for two guys? Seriously you just don't think before you post. You're always so far off its hilarious.
