I would keep Jankowski myself. Wouldn't trade him for Galchenyuk and his $4.9M for two more years alone. That's a terrible contract. I'm a big fan of Jankowksi and he's seems like a very good third line center for the Flames for years to come, They are definitely hoping for that anyways. Zero want for Galchenyuk and that contract.

Galchenyuk is a 50 point player making less than 5 million with a short term. Not a bad contract and a no from Montreal IMO.

He has had one 50+ season in 5 years.
31P in 53GP this season so far.
I wouldn't call him a 50 point guy. He has the potential, but hasn't consistsantly done it to be called one.

Yup it is obvious that you hate habs
Galchenyuk will one day score 60pts
For a top 6 D and top 9 fowarD
This is a no for obvous reason by Mtl.

This is a no from Calgary, it solves none of their needs. Gal is a lw/ c we have loads of both currently, and he would be a 3rd liner here in either position. On top of that he is overpaid for his production.

Janko is doing great as a rookie playing c, and kylington has loads of potential, neither would I want to give up for another left shot wing/ center.

If the habs were really interested in trading galchenyuk this wouldn't be too bad of an offer I guess.

That price seems higher for Galchenyuk. Maybe switch Bennett or Jankowski?

Lol? What? I did not deny that your he has that potential. But I don't think Calgary would be interested in giving up Jankowski for that potential.
I don't hate or love the Habs. I'm just stating a fact. You can't call a guy a 50 point guy when he has done it once in five (maybe six) seasons. If he does it repeadetly, of course you can. But he does have that potential, of course. So call it what it is, a potential 60 point guy.
That's not hating, that's just being real.
