Why on earth would rangers do this? Nash is overpaid, but they’re in a tight division and he still makes them better, McDonough’s the best player by a mile in the trade, they retain salary and take on Polak who’s a 7th Dman, Martin who I like, but let’s be honest about what he is, a fourth line plug at 2.5 mill for 2 more years, an expiring bozak and Gardiner? Lol Gardiner is the only good piece there and doesn’t come close to justifying the rest of it at all.
