Mtl:Price

Phil:Giroux, Ghost, Morin

Two awesome players moving but they're co tract is both big and heavy so makes sense.I honestly think Giroux is worth less then price by that much because in the last couple seasons he's just no putting up numbers while Price is still playing like the best goalie in he world even after a slow start he'll jump back we all know it.Morin is a wild card but a good depth addition

If he's going to bounce back and you know it, Then why do you want to trade him?
I'm legit wondering what your answer is to that.
GoldenShowers, what is your reason you want to trade Price?

Because he’s signed until he’s 38 at a 10.5 mil cap hit with a no trade clause that kicks in next year. Plus mtl is never going to win a cup with their current roster. Lindgren is showing he could maybe be a number one. Trade price now and the rebuild that is inevitable will be much shorter. For those that think star players in mtl don’t get traded look at pk. Was done right before his no trade kicked in. Very plausable.

You don’t trade Vezina goalies in their prime because a kid strings together 4-5 good games. remember sens fans trying to trade Anderson for a bag of picks because the had the Hamburgler lol. He dropped to 3rd or 4th on the depth Chart and was a throw in contract in a trade. And he strung together 24 or 25 games. Not saying you never trade price, but Lindgrens week shouldn’t be the reason.

The reason is mtl roster is junk, not going to make a cup run with that team. Trade price now before the no trade kicks in, get some prospects and picks and tank and hope for dahlin and an easier rebuild.

Everybody is tradeable, I can see price going to Arizona for Ekman Larsson and a forward, if price is in Arizona they have way more chance to make the playoffs each in every year.
