Edm gets a top line right winger, a very good young rhd prospect and another solid young top 6 winger.Plus a late first round pick.Mtl gets one of the best centers in the game

lol draist isn't no where near 1 of best centers in the league hasn't proven a thing at center. Has proven he can pile up some points playing as a winger with McDavid.

Centered his own line in playoffs and had more points than McDavid. He also centered Hall and they both had good seasons a couple years ago. And a lot of the times he takes McDavidâ€™s face offs. Not saying heâ€™s quite proved enough to call him one of the best centres in the league but he has proven heâ€™s good.

After the season Edmonton had last year, trading Draisaitl because of a slow start to the season would be the biggest mistake IMO. They beat the Sharks and shouldâ€™ve beat the Ducks. Maybe they should stay the course and hope things come together.
