Leafs need to upgrade their D Schmaltz is a RHD prospect. Money is almost even in the trade.

Schmaltz put up 36 points first year in ahl and had 25 pts in 42 games last year. He is project at top 4 and possibly top 2 offens I've dman great skater fast too. Not trading he for pooo.

OK well keep him blues have better prospects.

Also on side not blues currently have the following left wingers

Swartz, fabbri, steen, berglund, sanford, magnus prv,

Their is no place for another rw. Blues only true need is a #1 center. They just are not available. It would cost to much to fill that hole. Blues have some promising young guys fabbri, barbashev, sanford, and three really promising prospects, tage thompson, Jordan kyrou, oscar sundqvist and Robert Thomas. On top of all of that blues aquire schenn, he will be starting out at center. Blues are way better this year than last.
