Colorado: Matt Duchene

Boston: Matt Duchene provides an Elite Preseance and is still young.

Colorado: gets a 20 year old top 4 dman that can play 20 min a night from Colorado and jake Debrusk who could be a very effective player.

Maybe also.

Boston: David Krejic

Montreal: Galchenyuk

Boston-gets a young top 6 forward who already has a 30 goal season behind his back. Could be Elite.

Nylander, You're VB aren't you? Can't remember now.

Krejic has a no movement clause for another season or two i think before he gets a modified no trade clause.

I know krejci probably brings a few more things to the table then galchenyuk but I would think the habs would be better off keeping galchenyuk for less money with pretty much the same offensive production.

Why would you trade a young 2c 30 goal scorer for David krejci an old 2c who just had hip surgery and did not play well last year. That's a solid no.

TraderBro - because he is not a young 2c he's a young too 6 winger.

Chuck is more of a c than nylander. True story.

Yes? Nylander is mathews wing? and he out produced a 23 year old chuck as an 19 year old rookie.

Krejci for chuck? No from habs and bigggggg no from Boston.

Nylander your trades are horrible and also what's your point about nylander out producing Galchenyuk? The guy had an injury and played 61 games and got 44 points that would of been 59 points in the same amount of game as nylander and also nylander played with Matthews almost the entire year while Galchenyuk played with players like shaw, plekanec, Byron, Mitchell, Ott, King. Trade bro said that chuck is more of a center than Nylander and you replied by saying that nylander out produced chuck? krejci for chuck? That's just a joke It's like saying Brian little for nylander!

Alikhan, Traderbro brought up William Nylander in a conversation about krejci and galchenyuk but agree with what you said. Unfair comparison. But Nylander only played with Matthews half the year. He also spent time on all other lines including the fourth for a cpl week stretch.

Babcock says Nylander is a centre long term but Bozak Has a year left. Galchenyuk has been given years to grab that spot and hasn't done it. Nylander hasn't got a chance to be a centre at the NHL level but excelled at it everywhere else.

if I was bergevine, I would call the cannuk, oiler, wild, GM and these is how the call go, hi this is marc, you know earlier when I called you on a centerman, youwanted the moon, so are you ready to trade draisaitl or I'LL send him and offer sheet, i still have 14mil, or a plan b plek straight up for rnh, and I'LL leave draisaitl alone ;next call wild Gm same type of call Mikael Gramlund, offer a plan b plek for stall habs well keep the salary difference between the two players, the call to vancouver is about bo horvat, trade or offer sheet, . I will get a c1 for my team oneway or the other.

Greg! No you won't! They just match the offer sheet. Plans over. Or to make sure they don't match you offer Sheet granlund at way over what he's worth, like 8 mill+ and then you give the Wild multiple first round picks for him in compensation and you really believe mikael granlund is the solution to habs lacking a big top line centre? Might as well give galchenyuk and drouin another shot at it.

If GMs got bullied that easily and caved, a lot more star players would trade hands during a career. Doesn't happen in the real world.

You're wrong Nylander played on Kadris line with Komarov.
Remember Hyman-Mathews-Brown.

if I was Bergevine, I would call the cannuk, oiler, wild GMs. These is how the phone call would go, "Hi this is marc, you know earlier when I called you on a centerman, you wanted the moon, so are you ready to trade draisaitl or I'LL send him and offer sheet, i still have 14 mil to play with, but look Pete I'll give you and option a plan b, Plek straight up for RNH, and I'LL leave draisaitl alone ; next call wild Gm, HI Chuck same type of phone call as the oiler trade Mikael Gramlund, or I'll offer sheet but like with Pete there is a plan b Plek for Stall habs well keep the salary difference between the two players, the call to vancouver is about bo horvat, trade or offer sheet, . I will get a c1 for my team oneway or the other. BUT the Stall is one of the best option because Stall will teach galchenyuk how to be a c1,

Greg!

the thought is to see if you could trade for a player by going after there good young player if they do not want to dance, bergy has been nice with his GM brothers, and yes he could have gotten Eric Stall, last year, and I firmly believe it will take a Stall like player for Galchenyuk to learn how to be a NHL c1, and there is some trades last year you wondered about, and all us fans heard is they wanted juulsen and sergachev, and gramlund is a upgrade on almost all our centermen, and offer sheet of 7mill Gramlund,8-8.5 for daisaitl but again the thought is trade Plek for RNH, OR STALL and keep your 14mill.
