With the oilers finalizing a 4 yr 16 mil contract with russel it seems like Darnell nurse is getting blocked from the top 4 so wondering if they trade him for some affordable scoring

Simmonds is the kind of player every team wants plus he's on a cap friendly contract so itd take an overpayment to pry him out of philly. Also philly doesn't even need nurse with the abundance of young dmen they have.

Nurse won't come close to getting that return. Oilers better off in seeing if he can become a solid 4/ 5 guy.
