R. Anderson and conditional 2018 pick for J. Eberle .
Condition:
1st = 60+ points
2nd = 50+ points
3rd = Automatic 3rd if no other requirements are met

Calgary gets top 6 RW. Edmonton gets young D man with top 4 potential and PP qb potential and a pick.

Not a chance they trade him to Calgary in my opinion. Lol.
And they Have Ethan Bear who just had 70 points in 68 games, Memorial cup, WHL D man of the year. He will be their RH PP guy in 1/ 2/ 3 years from now.

Only a second if he gets 50+ points jesus haha I used to think that's impressive to reach that amount but I guess it's only worth a prospect who might never make the NHL.

Yup. Anderson got most point by a d man in the OHL at a year younger and already has a year of experience. Personally I'd rather have him than Bear.

You guys are also forgetting he carries a 6 mil cap hit and his point totals have been declining each year.

So why would Calgary dare trade a diamond like Anderson -when they themselves lack a complete top 6- for a declining 1/ 2 right winger with a hefty cap hit.

No way from Calgary.

Eberle can only do one part of hockey, he can't hit, forecheck, backcheck, blows defensive assignments, loses board battles regularly and isn't really worth much at all.

Ya but you're forgetting teams don't like to trade good players to rivals and they would rather groom their own home grown most the time. The Oilers are very very excited to have Bear and hopefully he can make an impact on the big club one day.
As my first sentence said, I don't think there's a chance at all they trade Eberle to Calgary. They would rather retain a little and trade elsewhere than to Calgary. Lol. And I've said all along PC will find a trade partner without retaining on Eberle. Ha.

Sorry I've been saying all along I would be surprised if he retains anything at all on Eberle. $500K maybe, $1M MAX. But I still don't believe he will retain anything. Unless someone offers something they can't refuse.
He will fine a partner without needing to retain
Only 2 more seasons, teams can still handle that.
