Lol do you know how much Columbus gave up for Saad. This is not even a quarter of what they gave up for him. Nylander+ would be in any deal for him. He's a peste who gets points and plays with heart.

While I do agree that's terrible for Columbus Nylander>Saad. They both have similar production which is pretty bad considering Columbus is a much better team then Toronto. Also Nylander is like 4 years younger. I'd say Kadri=Saad imo.

Lol VB. Yea points are everything. Comon bro Saad is way better then Nylander it's not even comparable. I personally like Nylander I get the age difference you mention but still Saad is a young guy who plays with heart and passion. Plus your talking about the players he's playing with. So Mattwes and Marner is better then Wenberg and Hartnell/ Atkinson/ Karlson. Comon get over yourself twidy.

Nylander never played with Marner and only played like 20games with Mathews he spen most of the year with Kadri and Komarov. He can carry a line. Wenn is a gifted play maker who helped saad a greatly.

Also I think you're biased towards leafs leafs players sense you're a habs fan. Do you think Saad>Ehlers because Ehlers is easily worth more.

Lol I am not even a Habs fan anymore. THEY whole organization has passed me off so much that I'm now a Golden Knights fan.

@vb

The reason why Nylander has so many points is because of the Power Play where he played with Matthews or/ and Marner.

Besides all the AHL Players that where Traded between Chicago and Columbus for Saad the Trade for Saad broke down to. Saad for Anisimov, Danno and a 4th Round Pick.
So everyone on here thinks that those are better players then CBrown, CCarrick and a 2nd Round Pick?
Also Saad makes 6 million a year which is another reason this Trade makes sense.

Nylander is stellar on the PP and he is still very effective on 5v5 he has a laser shot that so he thrives on the PP. if anything that increases his value he was useally the one running the PP.
