I think this is highly unlikely but I want to use the imagination here. I think this would only happen if it got ugly on both sides and the players were upset about money. Would it be straight up or what kind of add ons would there need to be to get it done?

Doesn't make sense for Flames at all. If Gaudreau is dealt, which I don't think he will, there's zero chance it's a 1-1 for a D man.
