(CGY) Dennis Wideman (50% Retained), Morgan Klimchuk, Tyler Wotherspoon
(EDM) Nail Yakupov

EDM needs a RHD but they get a cheaper veteran that they don't need to worry in expansion, a really good d prospect and a decent forward prospect. CGY needs a RW to play with the top line and in my opinion Yak would fit in well.
In my opinion Calgary overpays cause of rivalry.

I know Edmonton can get a better return but I just wanna see value wise.

It seems like the Flames are giving up a lot for Yak.

Too much for Yak. Sure he has skill but his attitude sucks. I wouldn't want a guy who shows up once every few weeks. that's a good way to destroy your team and positive energy - I am sure the Coilers would testify to this.

@nhl2015 yak is always being heralded as one of the hardest workers in the oilers locker room, and as a player that hates to lose. When a player with the skills of yak is constantly saddled with players the like mark letestu, of course creating offense will be difficult.

@nhl2015 next you'll be saying the oilers didn't give up enough to get Adam Larsson.

You don't know what your talking about when you question his attitude.

"I liked Yakupov a lot. A hard worker, always trying to win, he hates losing, he always fights till the end. I think that, having the right coach who would help and teach him, he can be a very good player and enjoy a long career. " -Ben Scrivens on Nail Yakupov.
