Honestly, I like this, both team get a need, Winnipeg gets one of the best, proven LW's in the game, a top 4 potential defensemen and a 3rd and Oilers get a need with the second pairing Right d-man Trouba, who they might have to sign to a contract near 5.5 mill and Laine.

If oilers are to trade hall (which I think is very unlikely) they would need for it to be a top 2 d man which trouba is not but wants to get paid like one.

Go ahead and call me crazy, I think Laine will be better than Hall. And i'm an Oilers fan.
Ive actually never been a fan of Hall ever. I was praying we would get Laine at the draft and then Would trade Hall for a D. But we moved down a few spots for once in the draft lottery, not complaining about that at all haha.

If Edmonton were to change the 3rd Round Pick to this years 4th Overall and drop GReinhart maybe the Jets agree but Laine would be hard to part with at the Draft.

I think the Jets are getting robbed here. I know Hall is really good but Laine is bigger has a ton of potential and doesn't have the injury history of Hall. If I'm the Jets this is an easy no.
