ARZ: Datsyuk (Salary) and Jurco
DET: Conditional 7th round pick (if Datsyuk plays)

Arizona gets a contract to get them to the cap floor and get a alright prospect for their rebuild. Detroit clears out salary. Detroit could retain some as well.

They definitely wouldn't trade a first for him, the trade wouldn't happen if he was going to play. Don't see a point in the conditional pick.
