Getzlaf is showing some signs of deterioration, may be a better Number 2 than the Number 1 he is in Anaheim. Malkin might want out at the end of this season, the Pens and Sid aren't going to want to tear it apart if he does want to leave.

As far as Rychel, I wasn't sure of his value is he a bust, or is there some potential there? There have been rumours CBJ is looking for D, and as someone who watches 40 Sens games live a year I can tell you he definitely is serviceable.
