Habs need winger that are physical and skilled so that Therrien doesn't put them in the dog house a la Semin. Beaulieu hasn't looked particularly good this year so I would hold off until the trade deadline to see what they have in him and then go through with the deal.

trade a young promising blueliner like Beaulieu because one-year gamble on Semin isn't paying off after 10 games, makes sense... NOT!

Habs can pick up a UFA-to-be winger for a 2nd rounder near trade deadline... that's basically what Habs gave up for Petry and Vanek

You might want to watch a game, Beaulieu has been solid despite crappy zone starts, plus he's running the 2 unit PP. He's going nowhere.
