Shattenkirk is more valueable then jvr, Because he's a defence and they are hard to find. Plus I would rather have shattenkirk on my team then jvr

What are you talking about? Blues say no in a heart beat! Would need to be at the very very least a 2nd round pick added to JVR for Shattenkirk. He is more valuable than JVR right now. Way more sought after. Blues laugh if this was a straight up proposal.

At least the frame work is reasonable. Obviously there would be pieces going back in forth to level out the deal. They are both incredible players with tremendous upside. JVR is a 30 goal scorer and Shattenkirk is a 50-60 point + defenseman.

As a leaf fan I'm torn; I love JVR but we really need help on the back end. Like bad.
