The Yotes may trade the 3rd overall pick but the package you put together doesn't seem to be all that great. Looks like spare parts for a potential 1-2D man.

The Drasiatl trade looks good but should probably switch Finn with Leivo and have a cap dump come the other way for Phanuef. Also, not to kibosh this trade, but I heard that one of the teams on Phanuef's NMC is Edmonton. so there's that.

Bozak is a solid 2nd line center forced into a 1st line role on an awful team.
Matt Finn will be a top 4 defence man AT LEAST.
Connor brown has thrived at every level he has ever played at and has the best work ethic compared to about any prospect out there.
On top of that a first round pick in a top draft year around the 20th slot.

Is ridiculous. Phaneuf is a contract buyout for the leafs. Not only is he not an asset, the leafs need to compensate a team to take him. If he were a UFA that could be signed for free, the oilers should pass. Because he is a error prone player, who although he may be ok for the highlight reel, his overall game is very very weak. Plus a terrible attitude and a cancer in the dressing room.

Draisatil is a 6'3 power centre with a great attitude and few weaknesses in his game for a guy of his age. No chance to this.

The only trade that Leafs could make to get Draisatil that wouldn't totally rip edmonton off would be Morgan Rielly and Toronto's first round pick from Nashville. But even though that's close to a deal, its still a bit too steep for Edmonton.
