Edmonton - 1st in 2015


Ottawa - turris, lehner, Cowen 1st in 2015



For the record I am a leafs fan.

They wouldn't trade turris something els would have to come back to ottawa beside the 1st overall (mcdavid )

EDM Probably not. Mcdavid or Eichel are not guys that any team would trade.

If Edmonton actually does get the first overall pick they would be more likely to move RNH as mcdavid is going to be better than him, if not already.

First off it's only a third of the way into the season and McDavid or Eichel aren't guaranteed to the Oilers. As of right now the Oilers are tied for last with Carolina but if that offer was right now, Edmonton would be all over that and laughing at Ottawa's stupidity also. With Turris, Cowen and Lehner gone not even 30 games into the season (with no players coming back the other way) Ottawa would tank and good chances they'd be at the bottom or somewhere near the bottom in the standings by the end of the season. That being said Ottawa's 1st would be more valuable than Edmonton's pick. So not only Edmonton gets; 2nd line centre in Turris, 2nd pairing Dman in Cowen, Starter either this year or the next in Lehner, they'd be getting that McDavid/Eichel pick too. Brutal trade.

Oilers won't trade that pick till the draft. I think they should trade it at the draft and get the there top defensmen, goalie and whatever else they want

@ Titties Could not agree more with you. I was going to post that but didn't wanna take the time to explain. Whoever posted this needs to give their head a shake. That it's by far the worst trade I have ever seen.
